Product Description
The grouper used for our grouper fingers is fished throughout the year from the Indian Ocean. Before entering the processing plant, the grouper is graded for freshness by our quality control personnel and filleted by hand. It is then placed in our belt freezer, where it’s frozen solid in under 10 minutes to keep ice crystals from forming in the cells. This ensures maximum freshness preservation and creates a better eating experience.
